For years my work has always shifted into multiple directions and further developments however communication and interaction has always been a key drive in my practice. Within my practice I like to shift the relationship between the viewer and sculpture, I often think there is a invisible barrier between the two. This is through interaction and communication. Interaction not only stems from viewers moving around or tilting a sculpture, the most organic and natural instinct for a viewer is to touch. Once viewers touch a sculpture or a painting, they start to understand the process or materiality of the work and view the piece in a different light. I (the artist) as well as the viewer can have the same level of interaction and relationship to the sculpture.
